Whole Wheat Protein Waffles Recipe
whole wheat flour
BOOST® High Protein Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla
sliced banana; optional
Greek yogurt, plain; optional

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk BOOST® High Protein Drink, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil.
Pour wet into dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
Preheat a waffle maker. Spray with cooking spray.
Scoop approximately 1/3 cup batter into the waffle maker, cooking as per manufacturer’s directions.
Top with bananas, strawberries and Greek yogurt.
