I buy directly from Boost. I make a smoothie with the Boost Strawberry Cream and frozen blueberries and it's delicious. I'm trying desperately to gain some weight. The product is expensive but if it helps it's worth it.

Lactose Intolerant

This was claimed to be "Suitable for Lactose Intolerance" and it is not. Even taking Lactaid tablets before drinking it didn't help. I bought a case of this expensive drink to help me gain weight but can't drink it because it makes me sick.

I called Boost (800-247-7893). The girl emailed me a list of recipes using the high calorie one. Thickness is no longer an issue. I just made a smoothie using frozen fruit and some ice. Deluxe!

I buy directly from Boost. I make a smoothie with the Boost Strawberry Cream and frozen blueberries and it's delicious. I'm trying desperately to gain some weight. The product is expensive but if it helps it's worth it.

Sugar Water

My first and last time buying this unhealthy sugar water. The stuff is so full of sugar it literally sticks to your throat. That's how they're able to pack so many calories in such a small box.

Lactose Intolerant

This was claimed to be "Suitable for Lactose Intolerance" and it is not. Even taking Lactaid tablets before drinking it didn't help. I bought a case of this expensive drink to help me gain weight but can't drink it because it makes me sick.

It’s terribly thick and has chunks

I bought this from amazon, it is terribly thick and has chunks, you feel the powder in your mouth, amazon don't return grocery items, so it was a waste of money.

Make a Smoothie!

I called Boost (800-247-7893). The girl emailed me a list of recipes using the high calorie one. Thickness is no longer an issue. I just made a smoothie using frozen fruit and some ice. Deluxe!
