However, as a diabetic, I find it too high in calories and carbs, which would raise my blood sugar too much. Not as chalky not too thick because you know sometimes protein drinks and meal replacement drinks can be super super thick so this isn't bad. I like the calorie count and the number of grams of protein, I would definitely try this again in other flavors.

I did add some creamer to it to make it a smoother texture and thinner. But either way it is a great healthy way to get some nutrition intake.

It was very filling as well. It opened easy for my arthritis hands. The only negative as the carb count is very high so it would not be something I could have often. But I recommend if you are not carb conscious.
