Have bought these a few times now, and the ladt two ive had have had chunks of i assume protein in them. I like the taste and the thickness, but the added texture makes them a bit hard to stomach.

If you are using any GLP-1 products, this will work in conjunction with no issues. I am not using GLP-1, and I hope this helps others who are. The flavor was palatable, and I had no issue keeping it down. There was a bit of an aftertaste that I didn't like, but I couldn't put my finger on what it was. Overall, this is a great addition to your health journey, so go grab one to get the long-lasting results you desire.

If you look on the label you can see that it is filled with many vitamins and nutrients that are needed. If you tried protein supplements before it can leave a aftertaste but this one is very minimal. it's a great product and should benefit most anyone well.

Artificial and unpleasant

I tried the caramel and chocolate flavors through Influenster and I liked them but vanilla can be weird. This was for me, I found it to taste very artificial and unpleasant. I would not recommend, stick to the other flavors.

The Very Vanilla flavor was good if you drink it very cold! It’s thick and leaves a slight after taste but overall it’s tasty. It’s shelf stable although I would mot drink this without refrigerating or on ice. This would be great for a quick snack or even a light meal on the go!
