PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY SERVICES.
These BOOST® Registered Dietitian Connect Terms & Conditions (“RD Connect Program Terms”) apply to your use of and participation in the BOOST Registered Dietitian Connect Services (“RD Connect Services”) provided by Nestlé Health Science U.S., or its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities (collectively, “Nestlé,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”).  These RD Connect Program Terms are in addition to the Terms of Use located on our website. The BOOST Terms of Use are incorporated into these RD Connect Program Terms by reference and can be located here. 

The RD Connect Services are not intended to be dietitians, nutrition practice or nutrition counseling as such terms are defined under state laws. The information provided in the RD Connect Services is information generally available and based on the information available at the time. The RD Connect Services are not intended to practice medicine or to undertake the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease, pain, deformity, injury, or physical or mental condition. WE DO NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES OR ADVICE NOR ARE THE RD CONNECT SERVICS INTENDED TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICE OR ADVICE. The RD Connect Services do not develop, assess, recommend or establish personal goals, needs or objectives for a particular person.

The RD Connect Services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nestlé and its employees and representatives are not medical professionals, and we do not provide medical services or provide medical advice. Please seek the advice of a physician or a medical professional with any questions you may have regarding your health before beginning anything that may be referenced or discussed through the RD Connect Services. If you are being treated for an illness, taking prescription medication or following a therapeutic diet to treat a disease, it is especially urged to consult with your physician before using the RD Connect Services. You represent and warrant to us, that you are not using the RD Connect Services for the purpose of seeking medical attention. You further agree that, before using the RD Connect Services, you shall consult your physician, particularly if you are at risk for problems resulting from exercise or changes in your diet. If any information you receive or obtain from using the RD Connect Services that is inconsistent with the medical advice from your physician, you should follow the advice of your physician.

You consent to the RD Connect Services being provided over the internet using audio and visual communication tools. No diagnosis or treatment of, or advice regarding, any medical or mental health condition or illness will be communicated through such communication tools. The RD Connect Services are provided pursuant to BOOST Privacy Policy.  The RD Connect Services are not intended to provide any form of “telehealth” service as such term is defined under applicable laws.
