Vanilla Flax Seed Protein Oatmeal Recipe
BOOST® High Protein Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla
pasteurized liquid egg whites
flax seeds, ground

Combine BOOST® High Protein Drink and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add oats and cinnamon.
Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until oats are fully cooked. Add vanilla, chia seeds and egg white, stirring to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
Top with flax seeds and almonds.
