Pop popcorn according to package directions, removing any un-popped kernels.

In a saucepan melt sugar until completely dissolved. Add in butter and boil until bubbles stop forming.

With the rubber spatula, stir constantly for 4-5 minutes scraping the sides and especially the bottom of the pan to prevent any burning. Add in BOOST® High Protein Nutritional Drink and continue whisking for another 4-6 minutes.

Pour caramel over popcorn and stir until coated. Transfer to a parchment paper lined tray to avoid getting soft. Add in sprinkles (optional) and serve immediately.
