Ingredients

⅓ cup

water

1

cinnamon stick

½ tsp

fresh ginger, grated 

1

chai tea bag 

¼ tsp

cinnamon

1, 8 fl oz bottle

BOOST® Original Nutritional drink, Very Vanilla

1

cardamom pod (optional)

¼ tsp

turmeric (optional) 

1 pinch

black pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Add water, cinnamon stick, ginger, tea bag, and optional ingredients, if using, to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5-6 minutes.  

  1. Add BOOST® Original drink. Gently bring to a boil, and strain into a mug. 

  1. Enjoy!
