Directions

Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a bowl. Stir all ingredients together with a fork until smooth. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, add BOOST® High Protein Cinnabon® Flavored Nutritional Drink, eggs, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Whip until all ingredients are combined.

Cut bread into slices and coat each slice thoroughly in BOOST® mixture.

Add butter to skillet and place on medium heat, allowing the butter to melt down. Once melted, add coated slices to skillet, cooking and flipping halfway through.

Place French toast slices on a place, top with cream cheese topping and add berries and nuts to garnish. Enjoy!
