These Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites are proof that nourishing your body can still feel like a treat. Made with simple ingredients and BOOST® Very Vanilla High Protein Nutritional Drink, they’re the perfect  grab-and-go snack to keep you satisfied and energized all season long.

  • In a medium bowl, combine oats, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir in the nut butter, pumpkin purée, BOOST® , and honey. Mix until well combined and dough-like.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, or seeds if adding
  • Place in the fridge for 15–20 minutes—this makes it easier to roll.
  • Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, form into ~1-inch balls.
  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days—or freeze for longer storage
