Cinnamon Sugar Mini Donuts Recipe

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F. Generously grease a mini donut pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg.

In a medium bowl, whisk together BOOST® Original Drink, Greek yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

Add wet ingredients into the dry, stirring until just combined.

Transfer the batter into a piping bag, or plastic bag. Pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling it ¾ full.

Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan before removing.

Combine sugar, stevia, and cinnamon in a resealable bag, shaking to mix. Add cooled donuts, shaking gently to coat.
