BOOST MAX™ Women or BOOST MAX™ Men Shake, Very Vanilla 

½ cup

water

½ cup

rolled oats 

¼ tsp

cinnamon 

1 tsp

chia seeds 

2 medium

strawberries, chopped 

½ banana

chopped

Directions

  1. Pour BOOST MAX™ Men or BOOST MAX™ Women and water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and reduce to simmer. Add oats and cinnamon, stirring occasionally.  

  1. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until oats are fully cooked. Add chia seeds. 

  1. Top with strawberries and banana. 

  1. Enjoy!
