Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe
unsweetened cocoa powder
tsp maple syrup
BOOST Glucose Control® Nutritional Drink, Rich Chocolate
chopped strawberries, optional for topping
nuts, optional for topping
chocolate chips, optional for topping
coconut whipped cream, optional for topping

In a medium-size bowl, add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, BOOST Glucose Control® Drink, and chia seeds. Whisk together until all ingredients are combined.
Let mixture sit for 15 minutes without stirring. After 15 minutes, whisk it together one more time.
Cover bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.
Remove from fridge and stir together with a spoon. Serve into small dessert sized cups.
Optional- Top with your favorite fruit, chocolate chips or other garnishes.
