Banana Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe
|1, 8 fl oz bottle||
BOOST® Original drink, Very Vanilla
|1 ½ tbsp||
medium bananas, ripe
sliced banana, for topping

Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, bananas, BOOST® Original drink, and eggs in a blender until smooth.
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the top begins to bubble. Flip, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Top with sliced banana, granola, and greek yogurt
