Banana Bread Recipe

all-purpose flour or almond flour |

baking soda |

salt |

ground cinnamon; optional |

eggs |
½ cup |
melted coconut oil or avocado oil |
⅓ cup |
honey |

BOOST® Original Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla |
1 teaspoon |
vanilla extract |
¼ cup |
dark chocolate chips |
1 handful |
chopped walnuts, raisins; optional |

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350°F, grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, honey, BOOST® Original Drink and vanilla extract for 2 minutes. Stir in the bananas and gradually add flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into greased pan, sprinkle with walnuts (optional)

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
