Banana Bread Recipe
ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup)
all-purpose flour or almond flour
ground cinnamon; optional
melted coconut oil or avocado oil
BOOST® Original Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla
dark chocolate chips
chopped walnuts, raisins; optional

Pre-heat oven to 350°F, grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, honey, BOOST® Original Drink and vanilla extract for 2 minutes. Stir in the bananas and gradually add flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into greased pan, sprinkle with walnuts (optional)
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
