Cinnamon Sugar Mini Donuts

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup

all-purpose flour 

 

1 tsp

baking powder  

½ tsp

baking soda 

¼ tsp

nutmeg 

½ cup

BOOST® Original Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla 

2 tbsp

Greek yogurt, plain

2 tbsp

honey 

1 large

eggs

2 tbsp

butter, melted 

1 tsp

vanilla extract

2 tbsp

sugar 

1 tsp

stevia 

2 tsp

cinnamon 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Generously grease a mini donut pan with cooking spray. 

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg. 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together BOOST® Original Drink, Greek yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. 

  1. Add wet ingredients into the dry, stirring until just combined. 

  1. Transfer the batter into a piping bag, or plastic bag. Pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling it ¾ full. 

  1. Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan before removing. 

  1. Combine sugar, stevia, and cinnamon in a resealable bag, shaking to mix. Add cooled donuts, shaking gently to coat. 

  1. Enjoy!
