¾ cup

all-purpose flour 

½ cup

whole wheat flour 

1 cup

rolled oats 

1 tsp

baking powder 

½ tsp

baking soda 

1 tsp

cinnamon 

¼ tsp

sea salt 

1, 8 fl oz

BOOST® Original Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla 

1 large

egg 

¼ cup

vegetable oil 

¼ cup

nonfat Greek yogurt, plain 

⅓ cup

honey 

2 tsp

vanilla extract

2 cups

blackberries, fresh 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a muffin tin with muffin cup liners. 

  1. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt.  

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk BOOST® Original Drink, egg, vegetable oil, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth. 

  1. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. 

  1. Fold in blackberries. 

  1. Fill muffin cups ¾ full. 

  1. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 

  1. Enjoy!
