Banana Blueberry Baked Oats

Ingredients

2 cups

rolled oats

1, 8 fl oz bottle

BOOST® Original Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla 

medium banana 

2 large

eggs

1 tsp

baking powder

1 tsp

cinnamon 

1 tsp

vanilla extract 

1 cup

blueberries, fresh

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Generously grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. 

  1. Blend rolled oats, BOOST® Original Drink, 1 mashed banana, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender. 

  1. Pour batter into the baking dish. Top with blueberries and remaining banana, sliced. 

  1. Bake for 30 minutes, or until firm. 

  1. Enjoy!
