Disappointed
I've been drinking Boost for years as meal replacement. I liked the idea of the powder so I could make my own shakes. However, the powder contains added lactose, and when combined with the lactose in the 2% milk, this caused me horrible gastrointestinal issues. I do not have those problems when drinking the individual bottles, and I do not see lactose listed as an ingredient in those, so I feel that is the reason for the effects I experienced. I see now why it was marked as clearance and the price was so low when I purchased it.
Superb!
I have noticed that the high protein with the aluminum seal tastes even more delicious. Thinking it keeps great taste intact. Thanks for this product
Yes, I recommend this product.

A Great Tasting Drink in a Powder
I have tried both the premade bottles and the taste was less than desirable but the power thickens when it sits and tastes great. I wish all stores would carry the boost powder. Its that good

this stuff is good, but you have all of these different flavors in the liquid form, wheres the strawberry powder?? chocolate is pretty boring if you ask me, more boring than vanilla. the powder is half the price per serving. yall let me know when you make the strawberry powder please.
Yes, I recommend this product.
Powdered Form of High Energy Boost
My blood work shows I am lacking in protein, vitamin D, Vitamin B's, vitamin C, etc. My doctor suggestions that I purchase the High Energy Boost. I did not like the liquid form of Boost so I tried the powdered form. I take one cut of ice, one cup milk, and one cup frozen yogart. It makes a delicious drink that I drink nearly every morning.
Yes, I recommend this product.
One cup of milk has more protein. . . .
7 scoops of powder = 6g of protein. The 14g claim relies upon the nutritional value of milk.
use it all the time
I make shakes using a bottle of boost, a serving of boost powder, ice cream and whipping cream I drink this at least twice a day I have problems swallowing solid food and this keeps me going I love it
Great Drink, Lousy Price
At 76 Years of age and having used BOOST for at least 2years I enjoy it very much The case lot shipped to home is too much considering I can get it at my local grocery store for 949 a container That makes it about 57 for 6 containers versus 72 direct from the factory
