It definitely is packed with tons of wonderful things your body needs, but I couldn't get past the taste. Maybe I'll try some in my coffee as creamer next time. Some of my friends love using it for that!

He loved the taste and texture and it helped him with his dietary needs while he recovered without too much sugar.

Versatile way to help with blood sugar spikes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor is Very Vanilla and let me say they aren’t kidding, there is an enormous flavor burst of vanilla in this beverage. The texture is smooth and it is easy to drink without any of that chalky texture and taste you might find in similar products. It packs a good amount of protein for the portion making it a good drink for breakfast or on the go.
