Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

1, 8 fl oz bottle

BOOST® Original drink, Very Vanilla

2 cups

rolled oats 

1 ½ tbsp

baking powder

1 tsp

cinnamon

2

medium bananas, ripe 

2 large

eggs

Butter

for cooking

1

sliced banana, for topping

Granola

for topping

Greek Yogurt

for topping

Directions

  1. Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, bananas, BOOST® Original drink, and eggs in a blender until smooth. 

  2. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the top begins to bubble. Flip, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.  

  3. Top with sliced banana, granola, and greek yogurt 

  4. Enjoy!
