BOOST® Bacon and Cheddar Quiche


1 unbaked, 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
10 crisp cooked strips bacon (crumbled )
2 green onions (sliced)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups (1 1/2 bottles) BOOST® Vanilla Drink
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard


1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Sprinkle bacon, green onions, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese into pie shell.
3. Whisk together BOOST® Vanilla, eggs, salt, pepper and mustard in a large bowl. Pour into pie shell.
4. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese.
5. Bake 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Recipe Variation:
Use 1 cup diced sausage or ham in place of bacon.
