Boost is Great
I have been drinking Boost for 8 yaers now and could not eat breakfast… B4 I started drinking it, Now I have one every other day and it definetly helps my body in many ways and has helped my Knee & Elbow joints as well as overall fitness. It is a great snack too, Instead of reaching for MM's or Ice Cream - Grab a Boost Instead, It works for me. I don't drink coffee so it is a great start to a Healthy day !
