1 - 8 1/2 oz. box corn muffin mix
1 - 15 oz. can cream corn
1 - 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 - 8 fl. oz. bottle BOOST® Vanilla Drink
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
3. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Bake for 50 -60 minutes or until center is firm.
5. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
